What is Forminator used for?
Forminator is a Plugin for creating forms and collecting user data on WordPress websites.

Start with Fields, then configure Appearance, Behavior, and Email Notifications.

Add the Necessary Fields

Style the Form

Frequently Used Fields
You do not need every Field. Choose only the information required for real contact.
Name
Collect the contact name or the Form sender’s name.
Collect an Email address and use it for Auto Reply.
Phone
Collect a phone number for follow-up contact.
Textarea
Collect a message or a detailed description of a problem.
Checkbox
Allow users to select multiple items.
Select
Use for a Dropdown with multiple options.
Upload
Allow users to attach images or supporting files.

Reduce Submissions from Bots or Spam.
What Happens After a User Submits the Form?
A Form should not end with a Submit click. It should notify the team and confirm to the sender that the website received the information.
