Okay. The approach is to create the page and layout using Elementor first. Then, use TranslatePress to translate the text displayed on the website.
Regarding the usage guidelines for TranslatePress: Generally, it works from the existing main page content. Then, the translation is added via the Translation Editor. Therefore, there's no need to redesign the entire Elementor page just to change the language of the text.
Go back to Translation Editor. Open the page containing the text. Then check if a translation has been saved for that text, especially in the header, footer, forms, and plugins.
For general websites, it should be placed in the header or navigation, where it's easily visible, and should be double-checked on mobile devices, to ensure the language options don't crowd or overlap the main menu.
